ASTRAN is the consulting and technology lead company in process and tools implementation for Project Portfolio Management and its contribution with the established strategy. Our offices are located in Mexico City and we have had projects in many states of the country and Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and other countries in Central and South America.
Our services are oriented to support the companies to solve their project management needs through an integral focus that includes consulting, technology, trainning and outsourcing in order to fortify the project management in different levels of the company.
Because of the cultural change that project management requires, we support that change through our Change Management services oriented to persons who need to assimilate a new way of job in project management or to facilitate ERP´s or new technologies implementation.
